I'd say Manchester, but it depends on the area too. What is the master about?

Manchester by a large margin, it's one of the biggest and best engineering departments across a wide range of disciplines in the UK.

I am studying renewable energy for Msc programme. However, i heard ppl say that Durham has higher local ranking as they have a lot of papers that did not publish worldwide. Is that the case?
