It is not healthy losing weight is not healthy, losing fat however is you need to it carefully and gradually and you will see great results. However if you rush it eating 500 kcal a day and doing 2 hours of cardio with no resistance training you will regret it.
Start with diet:
Reduce refined carbohydrate intake
Cut out ALL trans fats(Partially hydrogenated fats)
Increase protein intake
Increase fibre intake
Increase polyunsaturated, mono saturated and essential fat intake
maintain saturated fats from unrefined sources(Veg, fruit for example coconut oil) to mantain immunity and hormone balance.
Drink only water and a lot of it a litre for every 20kg you weigh a day fruit juice is not healthy fructose makes you fat without fibre.
20 mins moderate cardio 2 times a week
HIIT 3 times a week
weights twice a week with a 3 day gap train all muscles not just biceps focus on lower body the core and the upper body for best results.
Well this is my plan for after exams.
