Their 'Under 19 account' is pretty decent.

Re: Bank account for young peopleYeah Lloyds TSB under 19s account is pretty good, you would get a debit card and two accounts - one current account and one savings account. Interest rate is pretty good as well (around 2.5% i think), only it drops down to like 0.25% once you go over £2,500.
