Hi I have applied for MPH(Masters In Public Health) and MSc Healthcare Policy and Management and got offers.

University Of Edinburgh:Masters In Public Health-Unconditional
University of Birmingham: MSc Healthcare Policy and Management-Unconditional

My Confusion is Ive done Research for Employment opportunities and After Studying each of these courses and ive got Mixed reviews .
Some say there are many some say Public Health is more or less Humanitarian and not really a paying job.

I'm an International Student and i'll be spending a good amount of money for either of these courses.
For me what really matters is the value for my Education.
Uni of Edinburgh seems really reputed
Uni of Birmingham seems not bad either.
Could anybody Help me out with what to go for and what would be the best option in terms of securing a good job after.
I am well aware of Uni rankings and i do know EDINBURGH is way up there.
but I need to think about my course/Department as well...

Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
