    1) buy a football
    2) call some mates

Unfortunately at your age I don't think you'd be picked for a league-type team because most of the people that play in the leagues have played for the U9, U12, U15 teams etc.

However if you're just looking for somewhere proper to play football (as opposed to just playing in a field with your mates) I think there's something called soccer domes where you can book a time to play with your friends etc.

Well if you want to play in a league, you have to be playing relatively seriously at least. While you are there to enjoy the game, there is an emphasis on winning, and be prepared that there may be some good players that will get picked over you (not all the time, but you may only play one half or something)

You could try a more casual 5-a-side league or something?
