    Summer at SOAS
Will anybody be at SOAS during this Summer to attend one of the summer courses?

I'm starting a course in Advanced Reading and Writing(for postgrad students) on August 1st.

    Re: Summer at SOAS
    Hi,

I'm a current postgrad at SOAS who lived in Dinwiddy House till June and who has just moved into Paul Robeson House for the summer. I'll be leaving England in September and I've lots of miscellaneous goods to sell, including bedding, kitchen utensils, crockery, a printer etc. Most international students can't bring this stuff all the way and I know how tedious it is to have to find all the basic necessities while you're still settling in. I will be selling a lot of stuff at VERY affordable prices so please get in touch with me if you'd be interested. On your day of arrival, Dinwiddy House offers bedding for about £25 which is an absolute rip-off. Most of the small items I'm selling will cost £1-£3 and larger ones for £10-£15.

I'm also looking to transfer my Blackberry contract to someone who already has a handheld. My contract ends in May 2012 and costs £26 monthly (includes 500 mins, unlimited texts and unlimited data). You can't find a better deal out there as 99% of UK contracts are all sold for 24 months these days. Feel free to e-mail me if you'd be interested and especially for anyone who's going to be here during the summer, it would be very easy to meet!

    Cheers,

    Rasika.

P.S. The phone contract transfer may be tricky for someone moving to England this year as they usually carry out a credit check, but if you're seriously interested, we can look into it.
