    University of Sheffield
Hello! Thinking of doing Accounting and Financial Management at Sheffield and I was wondering if anyone on here does that course and what is it like? Hard, time consuming?

I was also wondering what people think of Sheffield Uni as a whole? Hows the nightlife and how are the lecturers?! Any comments would be helpful!

Hey - I'm not in that faculty at all so I can't comment on that.
Sheffield nightlife is good though, here's a link to clubnights at the union: http://www.shef.ac.uk/union/going-out/

Also there's loads of places in town to go to, and other stuff to do if you aren't into clubbing.

The uni is good, and the accommodation for first years is the best I've seen.

Warning you will come across a lot of strange and antisocial people but I think that's a university thing and not exclusive to sheffield. That has been the biggest difficulty being here is the amount of people who don't seem like they've ever spent more than a day away from their parents in their life.
