    Adrenaline Rushes
    Hello!

At the risk of sounding immensely stupid on the most pretentious yet useful forum on the internet, I have a question.

You know that adrenaline rush you get either before or during an exam? Is there any way to bring it on before the exam, so it works to my advantage and I write faster?

    Thanks

P.S. Not skipping a good night's sleep before an exam - I definitely need at least 6.

I read somewhere that adrenaline actually overrides your brain and therefore you forgot things.

This is true. Adrenaline rushes increase your physical strength and lower your cognitive ability, making it harder for you to think and recall facts. Therefore you don't really want to bring on an adrenaline rush before an exam as it could actually harm your performance.
