    Accommodation for couples, please help!
Right, really need some help and advice. My boyfriend and I are both starting at Lincoln In September and would like our own flat, not a houses are, so we can have our own space and what not for obvious reasons. We're looking for somewhere inclusive of bills preferably, and we have found a few, but have no idea about how you go about securing somewhere for September. Do most require a deposit? Or is it simply a case of putting our name down on a list and first come first served? Any feedback would be much appreciated, or if anybody knows of any landlords that you have or may know someone who has previously rented with and can show me in the right direction. We can be the only couple coming to university together and wanting our own place surely? Thanks

You will find contact information for the landlord or letting agency on the advertisement. You should ring them for the fastest response. Always view before committing to anything.

Look at Club Easy, our first year at uni my boyfriend and I rented a 1 bed flat and it worked out at £60 p/w each. It was on Portland Street. If not then try Lighthouse (but I know of people that have had issues with them). Most places have studio flats, try Pavillions, Brayford Quay (where we lived last year) and Junxion =) Good luck !
