Is there anything I can do - messed up an exam
Hey looking for some advice (:

Basically all my exams have gone really well and I feel like I managed a*/a in all of them EXCEPT ONE.

I had a massive panic attack and mental blank in the exam (psychology unit 3) and I have maybe got a b/c (not sure) and I needed 80UMS for my university offer - I had already sat the other unit in january (and got 80ums)

I am resitting unit 4 tomorrow to try and get a higher grade (i.e. above 80ums) to try to pull up my unit 3.

Is there anything I can do or is this just tough luck? I am so upset, I was well on track for an a and I completely had an awful mental blank. !!!! I really don't know what I can do.

    Someone help??

I'm pretty much in the same sitatution! Needed 80/80 in both A3 and A4. It was all going fine until I ran out of time ! D: Managed to complete the relationships and aggression question which I think went really well. then BAM ran out of time -.-

In tomorrows exam you'll need 65/85 for 100 UMS!

pull it up with unit 4 but don't let that pressure affect you even worse. we've all experienced that in an exam (me in jan).

keep calm and carry on (no, literally)

I know and I haven't even looked at any of the content since January so I am going to have to stay up all night and cram like a mad woman -_-

I just forgot everything, and it's so frustrating because I actually knew the information and I came out and was like crying my goddam eyes out! haha I was so pissed off !!!

dont stress out ..try not to panic in the exam -it's the worst thing i think..just stay positive - i strongly believe everything happens for a reason..maybe after all you'll get into the uni you want to go to who knows..at one time i felt the same as you i thought i actually failed the flipping exam i was to overstressed but come results day i got an A..so you;'ll never know until the results come out how well you did..just stay positive and dont overdo it..like the day before the exam just try to relax instead of overcramming everything in ..because if you overcram you may just become blank as there's too much info ..and get a good nights sleep..your brain needs to sort the info out..just stay calm you'll be fine xx

This put a smile on my face I entered the revision period feeling good and calm about things however it just feels like a series of tragic events are taking place, with one bad exam after another and i'm already looking at alternative options

I don't know the reason you had a panic attack but I had one last week in my English exam because something on the paper badly affected me and my exams officer has asked for special consideration in which they might be able to look at past grades, predictions, CW etc and make a grade on those assumptions. It's maybe worth speaking to them?
