blocked eustachian tubes remedy?
Every year my eustachian tubes get blocked and to fix it I need to take a nasal spray which takes 3 - 4 weeks to work. Is there anything I can have done on the NHS to stop this problem? So far all the GP does is look in my ears, tell me he can see nothing wrong (which given the problem is behind my eardrum is to be expected) and try to send me on my way. For the past 2 years I have specifically asked for a nasal spray and I try to get the reluctant GP to finally agree with it. Like I don't know what works for my own symptoms

Anyway, right now I'm waiting for the 3 week mark so the pain will go away. Right now it's about a 9/10 on the pain scale, I want to cry it hurts so bad, I'm lying in bed with a hot water bottle which is helping knock maybe 0.5/10 of the pain off. This is not good.
I googled a bit and found something called Endonasal Therapy but apparently it's only done in the US not the UK. Is there anything else I can do to solve this problem? My GP is extremely unhelpful, like I said I have to basically twist their arm to get them to even prescribe me the nasal spray. I'm fed up firstly of the recurring pain and secondly of being treated like a moron by every GP I see, I want a long term solution and not have to spend 3-4 weeks in agony several times a year.
