Are noodles good for a healthy diet?
I am talking about this type of noodles:

Putting into context that I am a student and thus surrounded by ( though not successfully tempted in) pizzas and other ready meals.

    No

I'm a student, and I'm guessing several other people on this site are. Its not that hard to eat healthy.

You can get whole-wheat noodles pre-cooked, they are about 25p per serving.

I don't see how people can say if those noodles are "healthy" without seeing the nutritional info.

You think 11g of fat is healthy from just noodles?

OP go with wholewheat carbs, it's not ripped of it's nutrients unlike white.

Considering the RDA far surpasses 11g then no...the noodles cannot be deemed "unhealthy".

They're not 'that' bad compared to foods such as burgers and chips. Also they're quick and easy to make so I don't see what's wrong with you eating them
Whilst your busy with all your studies. Personally, next year this is what I'll be living off as all my money will be going on alcohol..
