Calculating Recovery %
Hi,
I am really stuck on this question, can someone please help me how to do it ?
A sample of plasma was assayed and the absorbance was found to be 0.35.
0.95ml of this sample was mixed with 0.05ml of the 100mmol/L urea solution and the mixture was assayed. The absorbance was found to be 0.45.
Calculate the recovery of the added urea and comment briefly.
Recovery = ?? %
