It's a tough call for all the ghibli movies, and as much as I love Satoshi Kon's movies they'll never be as great as the Paranoia Agent series.

i havent seen many 'films'

spirits origin of the past was good and its opening theme tune... one of the best ive ever heard...
i liked some of the movies based on their shows... like with FMA...

steamboy was good to, its a steampunk anime

i will stalk this thread for movies...
