How much is my guitar worth? [PICS]
I have a Freshman FA400FBJ I want to sell - however, the face of the guitar is damaged from being in storage for a while. It usually goes for around £400 preowned, but how much do you think it's worth now?

Thanks! Any estimates would be fab. :P

£180-£225 ish? Quite badly damaged to the eye. Even though I doubt it is internally

Is the crack in the finish or in the wood of the soundboard itself?

If its just in the finish I would say around £150-200 tops, but probably not much more.
If its in the soundboard you would be looking at around £200 to have it repaired with a splint or more to have the whole top replaced depending on how bad it is. If you really want to sell it still, you could get whatever someone is willing to pay for it, which would probably be the same as what the tuning pegs are worth.

Bring it to a decent luthier and find out exactly how badly damaged they think it is. Hopefully its not too bad.

It's the laminate finish on it that's cracked. It got damaged in storage, unfortunately. I have a new guitar which is why I wanted (and still want to!) sell this one.
