Hi guys. I applied and firmed a place in Herts to study Pharmacy but now I've decided that I want to defer entry. How should I go about doing so? Would it be better to call UH or email them?

It would be better to email them as if you phone them I really doubt they'd be able to repsond to your deferral request straight away. Make sure you include deets such as your UCAS personal ID, course code and name yada yada yada.. so on and so forth
