Press Ctrl + F5
Should hard refresh the page and look ok
I'm not sure why, but it took a couple of goes on my Chrome account but flags should then be back to normal

Could you please tell me how to clear my browser cache? I'm still getting the flag issue. I'm using chrome on a mac if it makes a difference. -
