    What does this mean?
    . . . . . ''What's done is done'' and ''Don't be sorry''? What do they mean?

I know the easiest way to get an answer is to ask the person who said it, but when they're not talking to you, don't want to annoy them, or frustrate them.

    Would appreciate some mature responses.

    Thanks!

Would guess that they are pretty pissed with something you've done and are trying to be civil but probably won't be speaking to you for a few days.
