My right foot and ankle have swollen up really badly - enough that I can't even fit in my shoes. There is no pain (although some pins and needles) and I'm walking completely normally, but my calf also feels really hard compared to the other one. I'm worried it might be something serious but I can't find anything online to help me work it out - I am 300 miles from home and could only go to A&E which at the moment seems somewhat excessive. I'd really appreciate some advice about what this might be or how I could bring it down!
