1. Realistically, which bits do we need to do?

2. The online tests for testing your knowledge at the end of each chapter - are they monitored? Can we just skip them if we find them more time consuming than useful (providing we still do the reading)? It says it's for our benefit and the result doesn't matter (which implies it isn't monitored or checked up upon).

3. Is the work integral or preparatory? In other words, do I need to be making notes on the Companies Act etc because I will be using it regularly, or does it suffice just to have read the material once for background knowledge?
