    New Sibling at 15?!
Hi, so I found out recently that my mum is expecting another baby in February 2013. I already have two younger brothers who will be 12 and nearly 9 when baby is born, so to say it was a shock was an understatement! A happy one though!

I was just curious to know if there's anybody here who became a new sibling at a later age and how they dealt with it? I love babies and I have no problems with looking after it and dealing with it (sorry, no idea of the gender yet) as my youngest brother has autism- nothing is harder to deal with than that! It's more the fact that my mum will be most heavily pregnant right at me starting GCSES and obviously I will become distracted from them! I'd love to hear people's experiences.

My friend was 17 when his younger brother was born. It meant he had a to help out a little more around the house but you get used to it. Now he absolutely adores his brother.

I was an only child till 15 At the beginning when my brother was born it was horrible, especially all the crying at nights before my school tests, my mum who was annoyed as she was tired all the time etc. etc. and obviously I had to help around the house more than before. But I got used to it

Now he's almost 2 years old and he doesn't cry as much as he did before :P So It's getting better.

The only thing that annoys me now are the looks & comments of the people when I go out for a walk with him. They're like "OMG you're 16 and have a BABY?!"
