    Hollister job process :S
Okay, so about a month ago i got recruited and went to the interview for the model position but i didn't get hired then; wasn't surprised because i knew i wasn't confident enough in the interview. However, last week i went for another interview for the impact team member position. This time i was a lot more chilled and confident, my outfit was very similar to the current AAAs and my answers were a lot more lengthy and original compared to the other people there. Its now Friday, and I haven't heard from them, the manager did say they'd call within a week if we were successful. So, obviously, I haven't been hire. I'm now wondering what i did wrong, if anybody could give some opinions and suggestions so i know what to rectify if i interview again?

I'm sorry but how are we supposed to know what you did wrong? You obviously just weren't right for the job, and someone else was a better candidate. There's not much else to say

Some places will give you feedback on your interview if you call them so you could always try that.

Well I got scouted once so I thought I should give it a go again because supposedly I fit the look policy. Secondly, I really like the brand and it would be a cool place to work. Thirdly, its a job, it gives you money and discount on the clothes so I gave it a shot.
