I'm having a lot of trouble deciding what to wear on top and what sort of shoes shoes. Any advice?

First thoughts, a noose.

More sensibly, they're quite bright so you probably don't want many other bright colours with them. Brown or black shoes + matching belt would work, but White trainers would probably be better.

I would then stick to whites greys blacks and browns on top, or a darker blue. last thing you want is a load of garish colours all together.
