I got the answer
(4x+13)(x+1)
(x+2)^3

But the answer in the book has (x+2)^2 as the denominator... Is this a typo?

I'm sorry but you need to use LateX, I have no idea what that equation is meant to be...

I meant the answer given in the textbook was squared rather than cubed as I'd got...
