What A Levels might I need or would be useful? I'm probably going to be taking History, RS, English Lit and Biology (this is undecided though, depends if I do well enough at GCSE). What grades would be needed too? -

It depends on what uni you want to go to. Obviously the top uni's now want at least A*AA but you could get into an average (mid of the league table) uni with B'c and C's. I'm currently doing law and I did English Lang & Lit, Govt & Politics and Sociology.

Grades for law vary considerably depending on where you want to go. If you're aiming for top universities you're looking at A*AA-AAA. Your subject choices are perfectly fine, you've chosen traditional, well-respected subjects.
Have a look at the UCAS course finder to see which unis appeal to you and have a look at their websites.
