    System Restore for Windows XP?
Have problem following recent upgrades for Adobe/Flashplayer as my computer no longer plays my saved downloads for RealPlayer/YouTube etc, even though it still lets me download new videos.
Will a system restore resolve this please?

its kinda urgent as its for my grandma any help would be appreciated thanks

You kinda put it in the wrong place....but I'll try to help.

Firstly try uninstalling then re-installing and did you check that when downloading you got the exact version, as it needs to be compatible to your xp 32bit or xp 64bit?

Then upgrade your video players.................though the best player out there is vlc player.
