    What is "Child Dependent Income"?
On the parents section of the Student Finance form, under Commitments-->Dependents not in HE, it tells me to fill out the income for each dependent.

My question is, is this the income that the dependent themselves earn OR is it telling me to state the amount of money used to support the dependent??

What am I supposed to state in that section??

    -----------

Also, does expenses spent on property lettings (e.g. agency letting, insurance etc.) come under "ALLOWABLE EXPENSES" ?

    Thanks.

the parent section is for the parent to fill out... are you the parent?
No, but they are not sure what it requires either so I decided to ask for help on here.

It's any other child your parents have who still need financial support. So I think the income is like, child tax credits and stuff though I'm not 100% sure. Phone SF and ask them for help?

Dependant income is if you have a dependant who has a job etc bringing in a wage as the household income is assesed on taxable household income. It's not any tax credits or child benefit you get.
