BPD and depressed people never satisfied?I have both I do a lot of stuff that involve thinking and designing but I'm never satisfied with anything. Here is an example: Iv set up 2 fish tanks iv spent weeks setting them up iv spent over £400 pounds each on them and I'm not happy with them, I just want to tear them down and start again. My mum and girlfriend and lots of other people say there amazing but I just think they look crap.
am I just alone with this or is a actual thing that I share with other people who have BPD and depression?
