I applied for a job at Orange, Oxford Circus branch and was wondering how the application process is. So far, I did the initial application and the questionnaire and the status is completed and submitted. How long will it take for them to respond ?

After reading on various threads, I wanted to confirm whether there was a phone interview (next) and also an assessment day in which you have to present something etc ?
