Arriety

Whether you think cinema died with Hitchcock or only got good once Michael Bay started blowing up helicopters, this is the place where moving pictures are discussed.

    Arriety
    Has anyone seen this film?

I didn't know about it until I saw this list of top 50 films from 2010/2011.

It's a really great film. You should check it out.

Saw the trailer for this quite recently when I was looking through old Ghibli films that I hadn't seen before. :yep:

I have to say, it looks amazing. I can't wait to finally watch it! (apparently it's based on The Borrowers )

    This film is really sweet
But then again, I'd encourage anyone to watch Studio Ghibli films.

This was one of the first films played on our digital projector at the cinema, and I have to say, I'd watch it over and over again. The visuals are stunning and I'd downloaded the soundtrack before the film had even finished :teehee:
