So last year in september i had hair just past my boobs and i decided i wanted a change so i cut it just above the shoulders ( i thought it would grow out pretty fast like it usually does) but sadly, almost a year later and it hasn't grown much at all like maybe 2 inches if im being positive.

I eat quite healthy( no amazing but yeah 4/5fruit & veg a day), drink lots of water, eat protein!
I've tried hair oils and i am currently using lee stafford hair growth treatment

I was wondering if there was anything else i could do or anyone been in the same position?

I'm really sorry but the only thing you can do is be patient. I've been in the same position before and in my experience hair takes ages to grow. My advice would be to make sure you keep your hair in really good shape, constant cutting and shaping etc so when it does finally reach the length you want you won't lose much legnth when you give it the final trim.
