What things do I have to learn in order to be ready for my Practical Test?
What things do I have to learn in order to be ready for my Practical Test?

So far I have learned how to:

    -Bay Park
    -Emergency Stop
-Turn in road (3 point turn)
    -Roundabouts
    -T-junctions (merge from junctions etc)
    -Changing gears
    -Moving off and on
    -Stopping in safe places
-Got up to 5th gear on dual carriageways
    -Left and right turn.

    Etc

So what are the things I need to be able to do in order to be ready for the Practical test?

(In the next few driving lessons I will be learning Parallel parking and reverse round corner/side road.)

    Thanks!

Pretty much everything you've mentioned isn't what you need to learn to pass your test - It's what you need to be able to drive anywhere! Learn to drive, not learn to pass the test.

You will also need to be able to talk about the car - The instructor may ask you to lift the bonnet and give a verbal demonstration of how to top up the coolant/water and check that it's at the right level. You also need to know about legal things (minimum tyre tread depth, and how to check tyre condition) and how to verify the vehicle is safe (checking the lights, etc)

But yeah, learn to drive. Nothing should come as a surprise, just be proactive... Know what you need to know. You will need to learn to adapt and follow instructions and make your own decisions when driving. The general rule is to "do whatever is safe, but try to avoid hesitating". It should just be natural.

Remember to brush up on your show me/tell me questions as this will be the first part of the test (before even getting into the car to turn the engine on!)

I tended to worry less about the show me/tell me questions and just focussed on being calm. Comes to my test and I got the show me question wrong. All the lights always confused me. Still passed though

Obviously being calm is the main thing but as a learner driver you want to be fully prepared in all areas. If you get the question wrong, no biggie! Your actual driving is what will be judged for hesitation and/or confidence, on the road.

Yeah. When I was learning to drive, my instructor made me do hill starts as the examiner in the test is obliged to give these. These aren't too bad, as long as you are in good control of your clutch and accelerator when moving off.
