Which degree would be the best for investment banking from any top institution, out of Engineering, Economics or Mathematics?

Any of the three you mentioned would be alright; I think it's useful to do a quantitative degree if you want to keep your options open. -

Any of them would be fine as they are relevant, just make sure the degree is from the target universities: Oxbridge, LSE, Imperial, UCL and Warwick.
IMO, I'd say Economics is the best all round degree and will get you pretty much anywhere in the FO departments whereas Engineering and Maths are better for more quantitative roles such as certain types of trading and quant. research due to a higher overlap in skill sets.
