I have completed my graduation this year. and going to do post graduation this year from another uni. I have got transcript but haven't got the certificate yet. probably it will be on my hand next year after the ceremony.

i want to know that if CAS letter will recommend UKBA to see my degree certificate? what does CAS letter actually do?
