    Hi I`m John and a student at University of Malaysia. Honestly, I`m not satisfied with this university`s rules, regulations and everything. So i`m gonna apply for one of the German universities. In other words I wanna go Europe so can anyone give me some advise applying for the university especially German with the lowest cost. cos i have some financial problem.
