    In our school we use this book -

    There are similar books for C2, C3, C4 and S1 I think.
    Its a really good book - it has examples, practice questions and exam questions. It prepares you well for the actual exam if you do all the questions.
    I only used this book for my AS maths exams and done all past papers and achieved high As in the exams.
