M103 - Wimbledon Gazeebo motion, Mr Dangermouse

Follwing the recent rain delays affecting this year's All-England championships at Wimbledon, this house believes that a large retractable gazeebo should be erected to cover the entire compound. In order to compensate for high winds, the entire top ten from last year's world's strongest man competition would be on 30 minutes notice to hold down the Gazeebo.

There were only ten people in the final of WSM 2011 so the "top" ten is pretty easy to work out .

This also endorses the coercion of these athletes and/or presupposes they would want to comply.

How much will this cost? Why 30 minutes? Surely it makes sense to simply have them there.... Why have you capitalised the last instance of "gazeebo"?
