Be customer centric, but have a lot of self-worth too.
Black trousers, white shirt and a passive-coloured tie. Make sure your shoes are clean, and nails/hair are tidy.
Take a copy of your CV, chances are they won't read it, but they'd like to see the candidate prepared and to have initiative.
The interview can be one of, or a mixture of the three: Group Interview, 1-1 Interview, Shop-Floor trial.
For the latter, don't be scared to approach customers, just smile a lot, without looking creepy, and "Hi can I help you?".
Remember in a group interview, you are a team player, not a competitor.
And of course, good luck
