IB subjects for career in engineering
    Hi, I am Rick
After completing my school level in India, I am about to join an IB course. I wish to pursue a career in Engineering and would look for a degree from an US/UK or Singapore univ after IB. I would also like to keep my options open for business administration [computer sciences, operations, marketing or human resources].
I have the following tentative selection:
    English Literature [SL]
    Spanish AB
    Psychology SL
    Physics, Chemistry, Maths [All HL]

I am good at maths and computer studies - but average in physics..
    Questions:
    1. Is Psychology [SL] a good choice or Economics [SL] ? I have no background in any of these..
    2. While, I am willing to put in hard work, I hope phy+chem+math all HL would be within the grasp of a normal human being..?
    3. Since computer science is not available in my IB school, I cannot opt for it. Does it close doors for a bachelors in computer science later ?

Please advice me on the subject choices..

Your subjects (in particular your 3 HLs) seem great for engineering. psychology will come in useful for marketing and HR. your 3 hls are hard but not impossible. about your bachelors issue, I honestly don't know. I'd say yes, though, it might close doors.

Thanks for your inputs which were quite helpful...
I would like to target univs in the US which have tuition fees in the low range. As for example, 15k$-20k$ max. The living expenses need also to be within 10k$ per year.
    Any suggestions please?
