Hi!

Today I got to know that I got a job for the whole September in my home country. This is a great opportunity and has a connection with what I am studying at uni. This would mean though that I would miss the first 2 and a half weeks in September. I can't find any information about registration or does someone know if it's compulsory to attend the first weeks?

My plan is to inform my tutors and tell them situation and keep me updated with the course work from my friends so I can do as much as possible from home.
Is it possible to do this, the uni can't kick me out, right?! I really do believe this work experience will both be inspiring and helpful for my future works and I hope my tutors will be a bit understandable at least..
I have to answer if I want the job or not tomorrow at the latest.
Please, if you know some of these answers, help me, I couldn't find any information at the University of Edinburgh's website!
