    Ipod help please!!
Hi hope you can help me here's the story ...

We have got an ipod for my dad as a surprise for his birthday we go to spain tonight and we'll be away at his birthday. I am trying to secretly set it up without him knowing. First thing i do when i turn it on was put in the details and that was fine then it asked for the wifi. Our home wifi came up as an option so i selcted that and I put in the password for our home wifi. However, the ipod is "unable to connect to wifi". I tried this several times but the same message appeared on screen.

How can i get it to connect to the wifi??

Please help, thanks in advance much appreciated!

If your wifi password is just the preset code that came with the router, try it in all-upper and then all-lower case, iPods have been a bit funny for me in the past. If that doesn't help, you can just set it up by connecting it to your computer with iTunes running, just be sure to not choose any options for manual syncing. Once it's all up and running you can try connecting to your wifi network through the Settings app on the iPod.
