Does anyone know what steps I would have to take? I know it is possible to have someone sign on your behalf since that's what my best mates dad did last year when he was in Australia. If my mum signs it and puts her customer ref. number next to it and I write them a signed/dated letter confirming that I'm okay with it do you think that would be enough?
