i have been receiving the full £30 per week and on the agreement is says i get it up until 26th august 2012. My course finished in June and i am still receiving it.

So does this mean that i can in theory just sit on my fatass all day and still get £30 paid in my account until the end of august? that means that i would have finished my course for over 2 months and still receiving it??

hmmm maybe because i have been claiming it for 3 years??? it says on the agreement that i get it up until 26th Aug??

It says you CAN get it up till then but chances are it will finish in July but it's up to your learning provider when they stop your EMA.
