I am finding life difficult at the moment. I am being bullied at work (haven't told anyone), some people from my past have come back and keep talking about my ex which brings back bad memories and I don't see my friends anymore as they would rather see their partners. I tried to talk to my brother but he has some sick psychological techniques which he calls the 'turn around' and says I have brought this all myself and that I am the selfish one. I just don't know what to do and feel so upset.

What happened, what is happening? Why are you being called selfish?

What do you feel like, you can't cope, with what? Life? Work?

My brother tries to make out I bring it on myself. I think it was hard meeting up with my old friend as she liked to talk about the old days as she is still with her boyfriend. But for me it brought up old memories as I am not with my ex anymore, there were good times but he treated me badly and I am past that part of my life. The girl at work keeps making false claims about me and then shouting them out in the office in front of teams while our managers are not around. This girl has outright said she wants to be higher up the ladder this time next year, but I am worried she is trying to make me look bad to get there.
