Is there a way to turn on an iPhone 4 remotely?

Is there a way to turn on an iPhone 4 remotely?I lost my phone last night/someone stole it and i was wondering if there was anyway i could turn it on. I have the 'Find my Phone' app so i can locate it if it was turned on, unfortunately the person who has it hasn't been stupid enough to turn it on yet. Is there anyway i can do it through a computer, I know it's a long shot but thought its worth an ask.

Re: Is there a way to turn on an iPhone 4 remotely?If I can't turn it on is there a way to find it's last location, i've been told you can do this but i don't know how, there doesn't seem to be an option on iCloud to view it.

Re: Is there a way to turn on an iPhone 4 remotely?If you log into www.icloud.com with your Apple ID you'll get a link/icon for "Find my iPhone". You need to have that enabled in iCloud on your phone though.
