Talking about court case with other people - legal?
I am currently involved in a parent guardianship case as an applicant. It is through the sherrif court and being dealt with by a solictor and the court and relevant professionals.

Am I right in thinking I cannot discuss the details of this with anyone who is not involved? For example I have my GP on Friday, who is indepedent to the situation and indeed to everyone involved except NHS connections to some professionals and being my GP - am I allowed, legally, to discuss it with her or is that illegal?

You can discuss anything with your GP as they by law are not allowed to discuss patients information, other than if they think you're threat to someones well-being.
