KPMG School Leavers' Programme (2012!) - Partner Interview
I have a partner interview coming soon and I was wondering If anyone could tell me what it was like? I don't want any details, just an outline of what it was like. For example, what the hell is an analysis exercise? Is it just an e-tray exercise? Or do we need to write an essay on something? Do you do it with other people? Are there any group exercises? Ah.. lol
Thank you. -
Re: KPMG School Leavers' Programme (2012!) - Partner Interview
I found the partner interview quite informal, very relaxed but will depend on what partner you have.
You give your presentation on a business area, they will ask a couple of questions around that, i found it quite easy as i work for the company i gave the presentation on
then they give you some more competency based questions going into more depth (just look at the competencies kpmg expect)
then you can ask some questions
then you do the analysis exercise, very much just reading what your given and answering questions a bit like an English comprehension test (no preparation needed, i found that i didn't finish it all but it was okay i think like the numerical test, they don't expect you to do it all just to a high standard)
There's no group exercise
