Double room, east london, bethnal green, 130pwHi there,
We're 3 male second year QM students and 1 female LCC student sharing a modern and spacious flat looking for someone to fill our 5th room. Its 5 mins from bethnal green underground and has it's own private garden so we can have some bbq's.
It's a large double room available from 1st August and Rent is £130 pw exc bills
We would require £1143 to be paid by 27th july this is made up of
one months advance rent £563 (130 x 4.33)
Security deposit £780 (refunded at the end of the year assuming nothing is damaged)
We require 12 months tennancy
