When I try to log into facebook it says "Someone recently tried to log in to your account from an unrecognized device or mobile device. Because you enabled login notifications, your account is temporarily locked. Please complete the following steps to regain access to your account."

When I click on continue, it goes to a blank page

    Can anyone help me?

Did u open your emails. Usually they send you a link to confirm that you know about the unknown login and they will unlock your account.

I had no e-mails when the problem started. The only emails from facebook were the ones to reset my password which have now being deleted.

Oh okay this happens to me sometimes and I usually do what I earlier explained. Yeah maybe your best bet is to try get hold of facebook.

Or google your problem, there are always people that have the same problem around the world.
