Oily Skin
My face skin is very oily. Is there any way I can make it less oily?
I wash my face every morning and night with warm water but it is still very oily after :/
I'd prefer not to have to go and buy creams too, although if there are any common creams that I might already have please suggest them

Try fasting for a couple of days or so. Your oily skin is in all probability in part a function of your diet. -
Re: Oily Skin
You could try Black African Soap, it is supposed to be great! The only other tip I have is try not to touch your face (if you do). I have a moisturiser from Clean & Clear which is supposed to not look oily. Also I find that after I use No 7 thermal face mask my face is less oily. If your skin looks shiny you can buy blotting paper, you just wipe your face with it and it takes away the shine.

Reduce the amount of poisons you put in your body, like preservatives etc. Stop consuming diary. Stop consuming sugary foods like sweets and fruit juices.
Consume lots of vitamin A, things carrots and other root veggies. Consume lots of fibre should help as well.
The oil coming out of your skin is a product of what you are putting inside you. And if you put **** in your body and it does not come out of the normal orafices, it has to come out of your skin. And you skin needs to get oily to secrete the **** out of your body. -
Re: Oily Skin
My top tips for oily skin:
- use a good alcohol free toner to get rid of excess oils before applying make up.
- use a gel/water based moisteriser. Avoid those with oil in them.
- use a good mattifying primer before applying your foundation (smashbox photo finish primer, Gosh Velvet primer)
- use powder foundation instead of liquid.
- If you want more coverage then use liquid that is water based and that has a mattifying finish.
- avoid skin care / make up products that are oil based and always go for water based.
- use blotting paper/tissue throughout the day to get rid of excess oil.
Hope this helps

My brother had oily skin and he used this

I use it as a cleanser too and it feels really nice on your skin! Give it a go, it's quite cheap.
I believe the sell in in Superdrugs.
